Ellen is Fourteen! Our second oldest is growing up quick, she is now 14 and we are so proud of her. Keep up the good work Ellen, we love you.

We celebrate this day for a few reasons. In fact it has been about a month since my last blog entry. In this return to blogging entry, I wish to share with you my thoughts on priorities. First [...] Announcing the first episode of our new family show, 11 to Heaven, will premiere this evening at around 8:30pm. We had originally hoped to air it live at 7:30pm CDT (which was about 11 minutes ago), but life got in the way. As Catholic parents, my wife and I have a goal, to get our whole [...] Our new little one was baptized this past Saturday. We had about 80 family and friends celebrate this joyous event with us, the kids outnumbered the adults. It was a beautiful ceremony and it was great to visit with everyone. We started our weekend on Friday night with a Piano concert by two of our older daughters (hence the recent purchase of a baby grand piano). So we shopped around using the advice contained in the Piano Book by Larry Fine and finally found a very solid piano that fits our family. My daughter is very excited and it is very [...] After taking a year off we are back with the neighborhood swim team for the summer program. 4 of our children are swimming this summer. What that means is that our weekends are not our own for the next 6 weeks.
